YOUR PHOTOS, YOUR DEVICE
A clear picture
of your privacy.
Photo processing happens in your browser. Here is what that means—and what other services the site uses.
Photos and artwork
The editor reads your selected files locally to create previews, crops and artwork. It does not upload your photos or generated images to our servers. Downloads are created on your device. Closing or reloading the page clears the editing session; save your artwork before leaving.
Background-removal models
Background removal downloads model and WebAssembly files from IMG.LY’s content delivery network. The model runs in your browser. Your browser may cache those files. Downloading these resources sends normal connection information, such as your IP address, to the resource provider; it does not send your photo.
Analytics
When configured, Google Analytics measures site usage and events such as processing and downloads. Events can include the selected style, image count and layout. The app does not include photos, image contents or filenames in those events. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and receive device and connection information.
Advertising and fonts
When configured, Google AdSense may display ads and use cookies or similar technologies. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. These services receive normal browser connection information. Browser blocking tools and privacy settings may limit these requests.

No account needed
You do not need an account to use the editor. The bundled example is an original illustration; trying it does not require a personal photo.
