MEET USE STENCIL

Small tool.
Personal possibilities.

A free creative tool by PEYN Technologies, made to help you see familiar photos a little differently.

Make your mark

Use Stencil turns photos into bold stencil artwork and multi-tone, vector-style portraits. Use it for a poster, a thoughtful gift, a memorial programme, a profile picture, or the beginning of a bigger design.

Less setup, more creating

There is no account to create and no desktop software to install. Upload a photo, choose a style, adjust the details, and export. Multiple images, cropping and custom colours give you room to make the result your own.

Built around your photos

Image processing happens on your device. Optional background removal downloads an AI model, then runs it in the browser. Read our privacy information for details about analytics, ads, and third-party resources.

About the example

Our sample is an original geometric portrait illustration created for this app. Its stencil version is produced with the same processing code as the editor. It is an illustration, not a photograph or a real person’s likeness.
